Job Description / Responsibility
  • Oversee management of inside and outside sales reps to insure the appropriate levels of distribution, sales & service are met.
  • Work closely with key accounts to assist in yearly business planning.
  • Maximize sales and provide a foundation for future growth for all brands under in mobile field.
  • Develop strategic sales plan to increase sales volume for brand and market. Set annual brand and category sales goals in dollars and units. Prepare sales reporting showing current sales volume and future potential sales.
  • Obtain and review monthly / seasonal pre-book sales orders for all brands.
  • Work closely with retailers and reps to obtain and process A/O and fill-in orders.
  • Review all accounts while working closely with A/R to insure accounts keep in good credit standing.
  • Attend and prepare detailed sales meeting, brand position and performance updates at regularly scheduled meetings.
  • Attend industry related trade shows.
  • Travel regularly to key accounts to evaluate brand performance and collect market share information.
  • Interact with design departments and provide feedback

  • Minimum of 1-2years working in a sales management position within the mobile field.
  • Demonstrated success in growing a mobile brand presence and sales.
  • Fully proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with integrated business Smartphone.
  • Demonstrated success in sales planning.
  • Must be able to handle a large account base and all necessary documentation.
  • Work experience and background in smart phone or telecommunication industry (Minimum 1 to 2 year(s) experience is preferable)
  • Excellent English /Bengali language communication skills and able to listen, speak, read and write in both languages.
  • Pro-active, self-motivated and self- driven
  • Hard-working, responsible with pleasant personality
  • Subject to arrangement.
  • Good sense of teamwork and service.
  • Be able to work with persons of different cultural background
  • Get used to work over-time frequently.
  • Able to work under great pressure
  • Must have experiences in sales on mobile field and know some information about sales area manage and have a good communication in English.
